Dr. Megan Metcalf teaches contemporary art history in the Department of Art at NMSU. She has previously held positions at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, UCLA, ArtCenter College of Art and Design, and Otis College of Art and Design. Her first book, Collecting Choreography: Simone Forti and Performance in the Contemporary Art Museum, will be published by the University of California (UC) Press in January 2027.
