Unfinished Business: Women’s Power of Persistence

Opening March 3rd at 5 PM at Doña Ana Arts Council

NMSU student Yashoda Latkar is featured in Unfinished Business: Women’s Power of Persistence at the Doña Ana Arts Council (DAART). 

To celebrate “Women’s History Month,” the March exhibit at the Doña Ana Arts Council will feature the work of a diverse group of 30 women artists in an exhibit titled “Unfinished Business: Women’s Power of Persistence.”  Although the majority of the artists reside in Doña Ana County, also exhibiting will be artists from Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas.  In addition--and a first for the Council–the exhibit will be guest curated by local artist Mary Diesel.  First Friday, when the gallery will be open from 5 PM-8 PM, is scheduled for March 3, followed
